St John's College is one of the oldest and largest colleges in Cambridge. It was founded in 1511 by Lady Margaret Beaufort, mother of King Henry VII.

St John's College has many beautiful buildings and stunning grounds in which to explore. These include The Great Gate, First Court, Chapel, The Library, Bridge of Sighs, New Court and the College Gardens.

The College is open to visitors and tourists all year round and access is through the Great Gate in St John’s Street only.

Opening Times:	March to October: 10am-4pm daily, November to February: 10am-3.30pm daily when the College is open. Opening hours are subject to examinations and holidays and you should check the college website before planning your visit. Adult £10, Child £5, Senior £5.

Location:	Located to the north west of the city centre on St John's Street.
Getting There:	Cambridge railway station: 25 minutes walk.
