The Cambridge Science Centre is an educational charity which hosts hands-on exhibitions, workshops, shows and talks to get the public excited about science and technology.

Open all year round, the Centre provides a place for everyone to safely play with scientific concepts, a place to engage your hands and minds and be inspired by the process of scientific discovery.


No easily accessible wifi. No smoking.

Opening Times:

Open 10.30am-5pm Saturday and Sunday plus additional days in the School holidays (please check the website for any late changes).
Adult £5, Child £4.50, Senior £4.50, Family £16.


Advance booking is not required.


Located south east of the city centre off Hills Road/Cherry Hinton Road, across from Cambridge railway station.

Getting There:

National Rail Cambridge railway station: Ten minutes walk via footbridge across railway.
