The Barry Festival of Transport returns to Barry Island with Classic Cars on the Prom and buses and steamers in the Island car park. Park and Ride from Barry Dock Offices to the Bus Depot on Broad Street and then catch an open top bus to Barry Island.
Buses will run from the Park and Ride located at the Dock Offices in Barry to the Bus Depot on Broad Street. Change there for Barry Island. There is no parking at Broad Street but you can park at Barry Island in the pay and display. Buses will be FREE but they would appreciate if you could spend some money having a cup of coffee and a cake at the Depot to help their costs of running the event!
The event is organised by the Cardiff Transport Preservation Group with the support of the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

Location: | The main site for the event is the car park on Station Approach Road, at the far end of Friars Road. The Bus Depot on Broad Street, Barry is also open with a free connecting vintage bus service. | |
