Bristol Old Vic is a theatre company based at the Theatre Royal, the longest continuously-running theatre in the UK. Following a recent £12 million redevelopment project to make it one of the most modern theatres in the UK, it still keeps the charm of the original to give audiences an intimate theatrical experience.
The Bristol Hippodrome is the city's very own West End theatre with seating on three levels and a capacity of nearly 2,000. Opened in December 1912 it is one of the most magnificent provincial theatres in the whole country.

Odeon is the largest cinema operator in the UK with 113 cinemas. Founded in 1930 by Oscar Deutsch, Odeon was acquired in 1941 by J Arthur Rank and was part of The Rank Organisation for a further 58 years. It is now owned by the American cinema chain, AMC Cinemas.

Vue Entertainment is one of the UK’s leading cinema developers and operators of multiplex cinemas in the UK. The Vue brand and company was launched onto the UK market in 2003 with 38 cinemas. Since then, Vue’s UK and Ireland circuit has grown to 80 cinemas with 755 screens.
Cineworld is the second-largest cinema operator in the UK with over 80 cinemas and over 800 screens. It also offers a subscription service - the "Unlimited Card" - which provides members with unlimited entrance for a set price per month.
